Whether you’re a seasoned runner, weekend biker, or just looking for a good time with family and friends, the Fleet Feet Fall Fitness Festival (F5) has something for everyone. Now in its 3rd year, this event kicks off with a timed 5K run (starting at 8 AM) and unfolds into a full-blown celebration of movement and wellness. This high-energy, feel-good event is one you won’t want to miss!

Event Highlights:

• F5 5K Run – Timed but not certified
• Kids’ One-Mile Run – Starts at 9 AM
• Community Bike Ride – Rolls out at 9:30 AM
• Pop-Up Fitness Classes – Featuring Burn Boot Camp, Orangetheory, and more
• 30+ Vendors & Wellness Booths – Free fitness assessments, stretching stations, Therabody compression therapy, giveaways, nutrition guidance, yard games, and food trucks!

Light Up the Night for Cancer is a glowing tribute of hope and support, inspired by Laura, a beloved member of the Hays Farm team who bravely fought—and beat—breast cancer last year. This family-friendly evening walk winds through the scenic trails of Hays Farm, lit with glowsticks and filled with laughter, love, and unity. It’s a chance to honor survivors, support those still in treatment, and light the path toward healing and hope.
