Hays Farm Community Progress Update Scheduled for October 9th

Hays Farm, together with the South Huntsville Main Business Association, is hosting a Community Progress Update on October 9th, 2024, at Grissom High School Auditorium, beginning at 5:00 PM. This event offers the community an invaluable opportunity to hear about the latest developments and vision for our master-planned community.

The evening will feature presentations from a lineup of distinguished speakers, including Mayor Tommy Battle, members of the Hays family, key local officials such as Councilwoman Dr. Jennie Robinson and Madison County Commissioner Phil Riddick, and commercial real estate professionals David Garnett, Senior Director at Colliers Commercial Real Estate, and Brenda Conville, Vice President of Real Estate at Freedom Real Estate and Capital, LLC.

One of the major highlights of the evening will be the discussion of the new public park at Hays Farm, planned as a central spot for fun and relaxation. We will also update you on new shops, businesses, and restaurants coming to the area, bringing more options and attractions for everyone.

Olly Orton, Co-Owner of Hays Farm, expressed his anticipation for the event.

“We are excited to share the significant progress made at Hays Farm and what’s still to come,” he said. “This development represents the culmination of years of planning, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see our vision come to life in a way that benefits the South Huntsville community. We look forward to updating everyone on the next steps, especially with the public park, new retail spaces, and much more that will make Hays Farm a vibrant hub for residents and visitors alike.”

This free event is open to all community members and will include complimentary refreshments and giveaways.
